Tac system QUARTZ MAX 1000ml is a user-friendly water-based SiO2 silica coating that is applied to all surfaces on the vehicle’s exterior.
QUARTZ MAX has been developed as a maintenance product for all our QUARTZ Coatings and can be applied to both wet and dry cars. QUARTZ MAX adds shine and provides very good water-repellent properties. After applying QUARTZ MAX, the treated surface will have self-cleaning and dust-repellent properties for about 1-2 months. Tac system QUARTZ MAX works equally well as a topper for ceramic coatings, as a drying aid or as a standalone spray coating.

User guidance:

Use as a topper

1. Wipe the surface free of any high spots after Coating
2. Let Coating dry for at least 1 hour before applying QUARTZ MAX to the desired area.
3. Spray QUARTZ MAX directly onto the microfiber cloth, making sure the surface is free of dust.
4. Work the product into the paintwork until you see it start to disappear and you have applied to the desired area.
5. Use a dry microfiber cloth and dry to a high shine.
6. Wait at least 7 days before first wash.

 

Use maintenance

1. Wash the vehicle thoroughly (preferably in the shade, not directly in the sun)
2. Use bucket soap intended for cars with Coating (Mystic Bubble/Ultra Foam)
3. Dry the vehicle, if desired, with a drying towel and/or with compressed air.
4. Spray QUARTZ MAX directly onto the surface or into the cloth (Make sure the surface is not hot)
5. Work the product into the paintwork until you see it start to disappear and you have applied the desired area.
6. Use a dry microfiber cloth and dry to a high shine.

 

After treatment

Always use bucket soap intended for cars with Coating, other “masking soaps” can shorten the life of Quartz Max. We recommend using Mystic Bubble, Ultra Foam or Mystic Water Repellent.

For professional use

After application, let the Coating cure with an IR lamp at approximately 50-60°C for approximately 10 minutes.
